First thing we have to do before doing exercise is warm up your body for some time and then start-doing exercise so that we can avoid dullness .We should do the kind of exercise that suits our body stamina and strength. We should not do exercise beyond our stamina as it may cause to the illness and also side effects. We have to be careful while doing exercise because sometimes it may cause pains in muscles and also at joints. Once we have started the weight loss program we should continue it daily otherwise there is chance of gaining all the weight that we have lost.

We have to plan a program through which we can reduce the weight gradually without any side effects and stress. First we have to start with walk for 20 min and take a break and stretch for some time. From next day onwards you can increase the time of walk gradually. You can do brisk walk or even you can go for jog for a while. Swimming is also best exercise through which you can reduce the weight as in swimming we move all the body parts equally.

After some days we can do brisk walk for sometime and also exercise for sometime. In this entire program we should be positive about what we are doing. So we have choose correct weight loss program according to our body stamina correctly.

Write down your weight every week

From the day you decide to lose weight, weigh yourself once or twice a week before breakfast. Keep a record of this weight and see the pattern that develops.

Be patient and persevere

It might take a week or two before the results will show, but they will steadily appear. After the first month you will be able to both see the results and measure them.
